It's Time To Get Clear

When there isn't space, it's time to get clear.

It's the little things.

Like this little box of candy hearts.

When things are A LOT (the theme of most of my conversations these days), focusing on the little things is one way I recenter myself.

I popped open this box this week and found myself sorting through each heart to find just the right one...my hubby got "LOVE U" left on his wallet and my son found "UR CUTE" on his keyboard.

It's borderline embarrassing how much time I spent fiddling with these hearts - ha!

I realized I was craving a distraction...a little space...a moment to just be.

I hit pause on my day to get clear on what I needed.

What do you need?

Today.

Right now.

What do you need?

More coffee? A clean desktop? To stand up and stretch?

I'm paying attention to the little things because there are so many big things I can't fix.

It's a LOT, so I'm focusing on the LITTLE.

Like the new lavender-flavored creamer for my coffee, the scent of a new candle, and the feel of my new green sweatshirt.

Like the smile from the older gentleman unloading his groceries, the email from a new client sharing an a-ha moment, and my favorite muffins from my neighbor.

The little things matter. Even if that little thing is a candy heart.

Use AI to help simplify your day.

(No, you do not have to be a techie to use AI!)

Listen, I get it. AI can be intimidating. It's "one more thing" to learn. And, AI can also save you time, improve your communication, and make things easier.

Lucky for us, one of my business besties, Kendra Ramirez, happens to be an AI guru with a specialty in simplifying AI and making it fun. So, I asked her to jump in with me to create a space where we can show you how we use it -- and be a place where no question is dumb. No tech experience required!

What do you need today? Focus on the little things.

You've got this!
